The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works in eligible projects. For certain categories, two similar works of 25% of the Estimated Project Cost or one similar work of 35% of the Estimated Project Cost should have been completed from the Eligible Projects. The bidder should have received payments for construction of Eligible Project(s) or has undertaken construction works by itself in a PPP project, with a sum total of more than Rs. 257.97 Cr over the past 5 financial years preceding the Bid Due Date, referred to as the "Threshold Technical Capacity". Additionally, for Joint Venture, each member should have 20 percent or more of the Threshold Technical Capacity. The bidder needs to provide information on the total payments received and/or revenues appropriated for self-construction for each Eligible Project for the past 5 financial years. The estimated capital cost of the Eligible Project should also be provided. In case of delayed ongoing works with a contract value of not less than Rs. 300 Crore, the bidder should provide details of the work. The contract value of Rs. 300 Crore and the Threshold Technical Capacity of Rs. 257.97 Cr are mentioned, along with the requirement of 20 percent or more of the Threshold Technical Capacity for Joint Venture members. The experience can be from the bidder individually or from any of the Joint Venture members as a single work, with factors of 1.0 for highways and 0.75 for core sectors, and further multiplied by a factor of 0.5 for projects in developed countries which are members of OECD.
