The required prior work experience for the bidder varies based on the estimated cost of the project. For projects with an estimated cost above Rs. 10 Cr and up to Rs. 50 Cr, the bidder should have: - One Graduate Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Highway construction for road projects or minimum 3 years of experience in bridge construction for Bridge construction projects. - Alternatively, one Diploma holder with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Highway construction for road projects or minimum 6 years of experience in bridge construction for Bridge construction projects. For projects with an estimated cost above Rs. 50 Cr, the bidder should have: - One Graduate Engineer with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Highway construction for road projects or minimum 8 years of experience in bridge construction for Bridge construction projects, including a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager. - One Graduate Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Highway construction for road projects or minimum 5 years of experience in bridge construction for Bridge construction projects. - Alternatively, one Diploma holder with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Highway construction for road projects or minimum 10 years of experience in bridge construction for Bridge construction projects. The bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed three similar works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of estimated cost of work or two similar works costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of estimated cost of work or one similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of estimated cost of work in the last seven and current financial years.
