The required prior work experience for the bidder includes construction experience, which is specified in terms of the value of construction works executed and payment received. The bidder should have received payments for construction of Eligible Project(s) such that the amount is at least: - 60% of Estimated Project Cost from One Eligible Project, - 40% of Estimated Project Cost from each of the Two Eligible Projects, - 30% of Estimated Project Cost from each of the Three Eligible Projects. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - The payment for the construction works should be for not less than 75% of the value of the awarded project cost. - The bidder should have received an amount for the construction works, with the estimated capital cost of the project mentioned. The bidder should provide details of its construction experience, including the value of construction works executed and payment received, for the previous three financial years or the current financial year. The maximum value of construction works executed and payment received in any one of these years is used to calculate the available bid capacity.
