The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the tenderer must have completed: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. In case of subletting, the subcontractor must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required. For works costing up to 50 lakh, the tenderers who have not carried out any work so far should upload credentials to establish their capacity to carry out the works satisfactorily, including certificates and testimonials regarding contracting experience for the type of job for which tender is invited, with a list of works carried out in the past. The bidder needs to submit certificates and testimonials regarding contracting experience, including a list of works carried out in the past and on hand. The bidder is required to furnish this information as part of the technical compliance documents. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes uploading credentials to establish capacity to carry out the works satisfactorily, financial status supported by Bank reference and other documents, and certificates duly attested and testimonials regarding contracting experience for the type of job for which tender is invited with a list of works carried out in the past. This is specifically required for works costing up to 50 lakh. Mentioned values and percentages include: - 30% of the advertised value of the tender - 40% of the advertised value of the tender - 60% of the advertised value of the tender - 35% of the value of the work to be subletted - Rs 50 lakh for subletting and works costing up to this amount.
