Taking down existing unserviceable exhaust fan of any sweep and size from fan hook from different location, disconnecting and sealing electrical line for annual maintenance/ servicing; dismantling various parts of exhaust fan for repair/ replacement, servicing etc., cleaning thoroughly, greasing of ball bearings, oiling of bush bearings, replacing split pin and rubber real, repair/replacement of minor worn out parts, including re-assembling the exhaust fan after servicing and replacement of existing major worn out spare parts under ser Item No. 9 to 12 in case required, servicing and fixing in its original location complete with and including making electrical connection from ceiling rose to fan and testing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Taking out existing defective major spare parts and fixing new spare parts on fans will be measured and paid separately under ser item No. 9 to 12 here-in-after. However the rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for all other minor parts which are essential for smooth functioning of fan i.e. greasing, oiling, etc. shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Taking down existing unserviceable geysers of any capacity and make from different locations as directed, disconnecting and sealing electrical and water connections for annual maintenance/servicing, removing existing grouted blunt threaded bolts, nuts & washers, dismantling the same for servicing including taking out sludge from inner tank and washing/cleaning with diluted Hydrochloric acid, repair/replacement of minor worn out parts, reassembling including after replacement of existing major worn out spare parts under ser Item No. 16 to 25 in case required, and refixing the same in its original location, connecting all electrical connections and water connections including making good to the disturbed surface and testing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Taking out existing defective major spare parts and fixing new spare parts on geysers will be measured and paid separately under ser item No. 16 to 25 here-in-after. However the rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for all other minor parts which are essential for smooth functioning of geysers i.e. indicator lamp, plug top etc.

Dismantling incoming and outgoing pipes from solar water storage tank and solar panel and all electrical components, cleaning completely water tank, solar panel and all the pipes properly and re-connecting and re-assembling the solar water heating system in its original location complete with and including provn of new cable of existing size and testing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for all other minor parts which are required for smooth functioning of solar water heating system.

M&L for repair of solar panel including replacement of worn out/ damage accessories as per existing specification and making all electrical and water connections complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Accessories required for smooth functioning of solar panel shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing UPVC high pressure pipes all as per ASTM - 1785 sch 80 as per IS-554, with working pressure upto 10 Kg/cm2 of size 15mm dia including fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc., with all fittings including taking down existing unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair gun metal, globe or gate valve with ISI mark IS-778 Class-I of size 15mm bore dia with iron wheel head screwed both ends suitable for fitting with UPVC pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and fly nut, with epoxy coated aluminium rod complete screwed of size 15mm bore dia for PVC over head tank inside UPVC/ PPR pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.3mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead of GI wire of size 4mm dia by means of GI Bolts, Nuts, check nuts and washers of the earth and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to earthing test point and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 15mm bore from earth plate to Panel/DBs and water pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade raised up to a level of 50cm above ground level with plug at top, earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 RCC pre-cast (1:2:4 type B-1) cover slab of 50 mm thick using 8.00mm dia CTD bars reinforcement both ways at 140 mm centre to centre with handle, 20 mm bore GI pipe medium grade for watering pipe, wire mesh, funnel and providing charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layers of 15 cm including necessary earth work in soft/ loose soil, returning, refilling and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009 complete all as specified and directed, including taking down existing unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable electric meter of any phase and size from different locations, disconnecting and sealing electrical line for annual maintenance; dismantling various parts of electric meter for repair/ replacement, servicing etc., cleaning thoroughly, re-assembling the meter after servicing, repair/ replacement of damage parts etc., and fixing in its original/ different location complete with and including making electrical connection and testing including sealing the meter complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable wall mounted fan of any sweep and size from fan hook from different location, disconnecting and sealing electrical line for annual maintenance/ servicing; dismantling various parts of wall mounted fan for repair/ replacement, servicing etc., cleaning thoroughly, greasing of ball bearings, oiling of bush bearings, replacing split pin and rubber real, repair/replacement of minor worn out parts, including re-assembling the fan after servicing and replacement of existing major worn out spare parts under ser Item No. 40 to 41 in case required, servicing and fixing in its original location complete with and including making electrical connection from ceiling rose to fan and testing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Taking out existing defective major spare parts and fixing new spare parts on fans will be measured and paid separately under ser item No. 40 to 41 here-in-after. However the rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for all other minor parts which are essential for smooth functioning of fan i.e. greasing, oiling, split pin, rubber real, PVC canopy, rubber bush, fixing clamp etc. shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
