The required prior work experience for the bidder includes one of the following options: i) One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. ii) Two similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 25% of the estimated cost put to tender. iii) One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. Additionally, the bidder can also fulfill the required prior work experience in the following ways: - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 25% of the estimated cost put to tender. - One similar completed work costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. - However, there is no mention of three similar completed works each costing not less than 20% of the estimated cost put to tender as a valid option in the initial part of the information. The similar nature of work is defined as "Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant, or Water Treatment Plant, or Effluent Treatment plant". The cost of previous completed work(s) shall be given a simple weightage of 5% per year to bring them to the current price level. The bidder must submit documentary evidence in support of the above, including a copy of the work order and completion certificate indicating the value and period of work. The bidder's experience will be evaluated based on the value and percentage of similar works completed, with the total value of the similar works completed being considered for evaluation. The bidder must have completed similar works with a total value of at least 30% of the estimated cost put to tender, or two similar works each with a value of at least 25% of the estimated cost put to tender, or one similar work with a value of at least 40% of the estimated cost put to tender.
