The value of similar works completed should be at least one-third (or one-fourth in case of Naxal / LWE affected districts) of the estimated cost of the work. A 120% count is given for works completed under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana. In terms of specific values and percentages, the bidder should have completed at least one similar work with a value equal to one-third (or one-fourth in case of Naxal / LWE affected districts) of the estimated cost of the work, with a 120% count for works completed under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana. For Joint Venture firms, the lead partner should meet not less than 50% of the qualification criteria, and each of the remaining partners should meet not less than 25% of all the criteria. The Joint Venture must also collectively satisfy the subject of the criteria. The available bid capacity of the bidder will be calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one financial year during the last five financial years. The assessed available bid capacity should be equal to or more than the total bid value excluding maintenance. To qualify for a package of contracts, the bidder must demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts.
