Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana Tender

The bidder should have satisfactorily completed as Prime Contractor or sub-contractor during the last five years at least one similar work equal in value to one-third (one-fourth in case of Naxal / LWE affected districts) of the estimated cost of work of any Government /Semi Government Department, excluding maintenance cost for five years. The value of road work completed by the bidder under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana in originally stipulated period of completion shall be counted as 120% for the purpose of this requirement. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering construction, specifically having executed and received payments for civil engineering construction work in the last five years preceding the year in which bids are invited. The total annual volume of civil engineering construction work executed and payments received in the last five years should be mentioned. The bidder's available bid capacity for construction work should be equal to or more than the total bid value excluding maintenance, calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one financial year during the last five financial years, updated to the current price level. For joint ventures, the lead partner should meet not less than 50% of the qualification criteria, and each of the remaining partners should meet not less than 25% of the criteria, with the joint venture collectively satisfying the criteria. The bidder should demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts, providing information on existing commitments, ongoing works, and proposed construction program. The required prior work experience includes completing at least one similar work equal in value to one-third (or one-fourth in Naxal/LWE affected districts) of the estimated cost of the work. The value and percentage of similar works completed are specified as one-third or one-fourth, with a 120% consideration for road work completed under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana.
