They should provide information on the total annual volume of civil engineering construction work executed and payments received in the last five years preceding the year in which bids are invited, along with a certificate from a Chartered Accountant. The bidder should also provide details of works in progress or contractually committed with certificates from the concerned officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent.
