Technical Capacity
The bidder should have satisfactorily completed as Prime Contractor or sub-contractor during the last five financial years and current year before the date of Notice Inviting Tenders at least one similar work equal in value to one-third (or one-fourth in case of Naxal / LWE affected districts) of the estimated cost of work. The value of road work completed by the bidder under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana shall be counted as 120% for the purpose of this requirement.
The bidder should provide details of other civil works of similar nature executed and completed in any Govt. or Semi Govt. Department during the last five financial years and current year before the date of Notice Inviting Tenders, mentioning allotted cost and work done cost.
The required prior work experience includes construction works of a similar nature and volume during the last five financial years and current year before the date of Notice Inviting Tenders, or as Sub-Contractor on construction works of a similar nature and volume over the last five years.
The value of similar works completed should be at least one-third (or one-fourth in case of Naxal / LWE affected districts) of the estimated cost of the work. A 120% consideration is given for works completed under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana.
The bidder must provide information on their prior work experience, including the project name, description of work, value of contract, contract number, date of issue of work order, stipulated date of completion, actual date of completion, and remarks explaining reasons for delay, if any.
The bidder should also provide information on the description of work, place and state, contract number and date, name and address of employer, value of contract, stipulated period of completion, value of works remaining to be completed, and anticipated date of completion.
The specific values and percentages of similar works completed are one-third (or one-fourth in case of Naxal / LWE affected districts) of the estimated cost of work and 120% for works completed under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana.
