The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed as Prime Contractor or sub-contractor during the last five years at least one similar work equal in value to one-third (one-fourth in case of Naxal / LWE affected districts) of the estimated cost of work. For technical personnel, the experience requirements are: - Degree Holder in Civil Engineering: 2 years for up to 5.00 crores and 3 years for more than 5.00 crores - Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering: 3 years for up to 5.00 crores and 3 years for more than 5.00 crores - W/Supervisor: 3 years for up to 5.00 crores and 3 years for more than 5.00 crores - Lab Technician: 3 years for up to 5.00 crores and 3 years for more than 5.00 crores The value of road work completed by the bidder under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana in originally stipulated period of completion shall be counted as 120% for the purpose of this Sub-Clause. The bidder should have completed similar works with an amount of 770.26 Lacs, which is 1/3rd of the estimated cost of the work. Subcontracting is allowed for up to 25% of the Contract Price. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil works of similar nature executed and completed in any Government or Semi-Government Department during the last five financial years. The bidder should also furnish details of other civil works of similar nature executed and completed, mentioning allotted cost and work done cost. The bidder must have an annual turnover of a certain amount from civil engineering works, excluding GST, for the last five financial years, and have access to lines of credit and other financial resources, with a certificate from a banker not more than 3 months old, for 10 percent of the contract value. For Joint Ventures, the lead partner should meet not less than 50% of the qualification criteria, and each of the remaining partners should meet not less than 25% of the criteria. The Joint Venture must collectively satisfy the criteria.
