The bidder is required to have prior work experience in construction works of a similar nature and volume. Additionally, the bidder needs to provide information on their total annual volume of civil engineering construction work executed and payments received in the last five years preceding the year in which bids are invited. The bidder should also provide information on their existing commitments and ongoing construction works. The lead partner in a Joint Venture must meet not less than 50% of qualification criteria, and each of the remaining partners shall meet not less than 25% of all the criteria.
