The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed as Prime Contractor or sub-contractor during the last five years at least one similar work equal in value to one-third (one-fourth in case of Naxal / LWE affected districts) of the estimated cost of work. The value of road work completed by the bidder under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana in originally stipulated period of completion shall be counted as 120% for the purpose of this Sub-Clause. For instance, the bidder should have completed similar works with an amount of 910.90 Lacs, which is 1/3rd of the estimated cost of the work. Technical personnel proposed for the contract should have specific years of experience: - A. Degree Holder in Civil Engineering: 2 years for works up to 5.00 crores, 3 years for works above 5.00 crores - B. Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering: 3 years for works up to 5.00 crores, 3 years for works above 5.00 crores - C. W/Supervisor: 3 years for works up to 5.00 crores, 3 years for works above 5.00 crores - D. Lab Technician: 3 years for works up to 5.00 crores, 3 years for works above 5.00 crores Proposals for subcontracting the components of the Works for construction/up-gradation, aggregating to not more than 25 percent of the Contract Price, are also allowed.
