The bidder is required to have prior work experience in electrical transmission or sub-transmission and distribution sector. The experience should be in the form of completed works. The bidder should also provide details of the contract, including the contract reference number and date of award, and the name and address of the employer or utility by whom the contract was awarded. The project manager is required to have 15 years of experience in executing contracts of a comparable nature, including not less than five years as a manager.
