The bidder is required to provide details of three highest valued similar nature of works executed during the last seven years, in a tabular form, including name of work, Accepting Officer's details, date of acceptance of tender, and actual date of completion. The bidder should also indicate whether extension was granted or compensation was levied, and enclose attested copies of acceptance letters and completion certificates. Additionally, performance reports from clients, if available, should be submitted. No specific value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned. However, for consideration of one class or two classes below the eligible class, the contractors should not have a present residual work in hand more than five times their present tendering limit, unless they fulfill the criteria of up-gradation based on past experience of completed works and financial soundness. In case of seven or more eligible bidders, only those one class below the eligible class will be considered who have previously completed similar works satisfactorily and meet the up-gradation criteria.
