Providing, fixing testing & commissioning of 2 No. twin type rotary air blowers (1W + 1S) capable of delivering 210 cum/hr (minimum) of free air at 0.5 kg/cm2 for Equalisation, areation and Sludge Holding tank driven through “V” belt or directly coupled through flexible coupling to a TEFCmotor of suitable HP Suitable for 415 ± 10% volts, 3 phase, 50 cycles A/C supply.1500 RPM with all accessories complete in all respects with VFD. *Air piping shall comprise of pipes droppers/ laterals with SS304 Header complete with all fittings such as tees, crosses, plugs, sockets, elbows, reducers, supports & clamps, puddle flanges etc cutting chases & making good. Contactor to submit detailed P & I indicating their proposal with all detials complete in all respects. *Disc type, EPDM membrane based, non clog type air dispersion system capable of handling 3-5 cfm of air with oxygen transfer efficiency of 3-4% per/meter water depth. Air dispersion grid shall be assembled in modular form so that they can be replaced / repaired easily from plat form at the top. *Tube type, EPDM membrane based, non clog type air dispersion system capable of handling 3-5 cfm of air with oxygen transfer efficiency of 3-4% per/meter water depth. Providing and fixing all inter connecting piping (as described below) and control valves including all necessary fittings and clamps support, hangers as required i/c cutting and making good the walls wherever required complete in all respect for making the system complete. Supply, installation, testing & Commissioning of MBR module immersed type with permeate capacity or inflow capacity of 75 KLD. The membranes shall be a proven design of a membrane manufacturer engaged in the production of membrane of this type. At minimum 25.0 lmh(Litres per Sqaure meter of surface area per hour (Min) flux @ 25 degree celsius shall be considered to arrive at total membrane area required to treat specified wastewater quantity. *The membrane, membrane module, and membrane cassettes shall be by one manufacturer. The membrane module shall be constructed such that the membranes are held vertically and bonded firmly. The membrane module shall also be attached to a common base to avoid lateral movement of the membrane module during operation. *The material used for the manufacturing of the membrane filter sheet shall be reinforced Polyvinylidene Flouride ( R-PVDF) reinforced. *Permeate pump having capacity of 4 M³/Hr(Minimum) and required head. with 100% stand by arrangemnt. *Complete cleaning system for membranes with automated mode.Clean-In-Place System: The membranes shall be cleaned “in-place” without removal from the membrane tank. Supply, installing, testing & commissioning of ultravoilet dis-infection unit. The unit shall have over 99.9 % bacterial reduction from inlet to outlet. The dis-infection chamber shall be constructed of SS 316L on all welted parts. The UV lamp shall be of low pressure mercury vapour type with hard glass enclosure, the sockets shall be water tight & vibration resistant. The lamp life shall be rated for 6000 hours. Supply, installation, testing & comissioning of vaccum ejector for priming & air compressor system as required for membrane scouring suitable to take air from air blower @ 60cum/hr @0.5 kg/sqcm and with VFD to control air requirement at different tanks.

Designing, Supplying, Developing, Installing and Commission STP SCADA System along with various Automation equipment for STP as indicated and as per details attached. The STP SCADA system shall comprise of following: (a) Central Monitoring Station (CMS) with personal computer with latest processor and and monitor of suitable size. (b) UPS with two hours backup (c) Colour Laser Printer (d) Server (When more than one STP being monitored centrally) (e) Data Gateway (f) SCADA software which can be operated programmed and modified by agencies other than developer (g) PLC/Microprocessor Controllers with indoor/outdoor applications for water sensing desplay, pump operation with RTU/ without RTU or Microprocessor controller and microprocessor transmitter. (h) Suitable communication system including payment of bills to telecom service provider. (i) Pressure transmitters (j) Ultrasonic sensors. (k) Flow meter and switches (l) Online Continuous Effluent Monitoring System (OCEMS)

Notes: (i) Design of Communication system shall be done by the bidder cloud based server/ data storage/ communication shall not be used and only local server based system shall be designed. (ii) The cost of each item shall also be attached to arrive at pricing in case of some addition/reduction at site. (iii) Operating system, system software and programming shall not be intellectual property of any agency. (iv) The memory in the hard disk shall be suitable for six months data. The backup storage device/devices shall be provided for archiving of data more than six months old upto five years. (v) In case of addition of installations, the system shall be capable of integrating the same. (vi) The SCADA system should have provision of both manual and automatic operation of installations.

Comprehensive maintenance of STP and SCADA system

Comprehensive maintenance:- Comprehensive maintenance of the above STP for the period of 08 years after completion of DLP. The scope of comprehensive maintenance includes maintenance of complete infrastructure under this work and replacing all defective components and restoring any defect / deformity / wear and tear and comprehensive maintenance of all STP components under this job, (Sl item No. 1.00 to 3.00) including all pumps and LT panels in the scope of entire tender for further period of eight years after completion defect liability period. The scope shall also include comprehensive maintenance of all electrical & Sewage Pumps items such as main switch, starter, change over switch, MCCB, voltmeter, anmeter, panel board etc, Sewage water pump, valve system, controlling syatem, daily checking, leakage, checking noise, cleaning of plant and its surrounding area etc, as per manufacturers instructions and as specified and directede by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (a) Comprehensive maintenance includes replacement of all defective/ worn out / damaged parts including MBR membrane with new parts and nothing extra shall be paid on this account except the payment specified in this item. (b) The contractor shall be responsible for periodic maintenance as per maintenance schedule and specified including renewal/ replacement of parts, lubricants, fittings / fixtures filling of bacteria etc required for smooth functioning of the plant as per manufacturers instructions. (c) The rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of safety gear & required tools for maintenance.

(d) The quoted rate is deemedto be inclusive of tool & testing instruments required for operation & maintenance of STP plant. (e) The sludge cakes procuredafter treatment shall become contractors property and shall be removed from premises of STP as early as possible. The rate shall be quoted accordingly.

Manning & Operation of the Plant:- Operating and keeping the STP of 75 KLD capacity in running / operational condition by deploying FGM / technical staff to produce the treated effluent of specified quality including Sundays aand holidays including all connected electrical & sewage pumps items such as main switch, starter, change over switch, MCCB, voltmeter, ammeter, panel board etc, Sewage water pump, valve system, controlling syatem, daily checking, leakage, checking noise, cleaning of plant and its surrounding area etc for a period of 10 years on yearwise basis including all holidays all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Contractor shall deploy are skilled operatoe (FGM) one helper per shift in three shift/ day for operation of STP for period of 10 (Ten) years after completion of Phase-I. (ii) The comtractor shall employ FGMs having minimum qualification of ITI from recognised institute having sufficient knowledge and experience of minimum 02 years in maintenance / operation of similar work. The operators must be competent to carry out the repairs / maintenance of plant as required and warmed by OEM. (iii) The operators shall maintain the desired quality treated water including tracing out and rectification of minor leakages in pipe line / valves during the period. (iv) The operators shall operate elctrical equipement , pumps and maintain the STP in workable condition by checking daily leakages noise, cleaning the plant and its surrounding areas of plant as directed.

(v) The contractor shall maintain all registers under various rules, and shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Charge as well as officers detailed by central labour department. (vi) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for cost of labour for daily for daily routine maintenance for trouble free functioning of installation. (vii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive all consumables required for operation of STP. (viii) The payment to the staff employed shall be made within first week of every month through online mode in employees respective Bank Account. No payment to contractors / firms will be made unless proof of payment of wages / EPF / ESI etc through bank account is submitted by the contractor to all employees. Contractor shall produce details of payment made to the employees along with supporting documents for the verification of Engineer-in-Charge for processing the monthly / finall bills. In case of revision in pay slab by Government during the currency of contract, same shall be paid to the employee by the contractor and accordingly rates shall be quoted.
