The scope of comprehensive maintenance includes maintenance of complete infrastructure under this work and replacing all defective components and restoring any defect / deformity / wear and tear and comprehensive maintenance of all STP components under this job, (Sl item No. 1.00 to 3.00) including all pumps and LT panels in the scope of entire tender for further period of eight years after completion defect liability period. Manning & Operation of the Plant:- Operating and keeping the STP of 75 KLD capacity in running / operational condition by deploying FGM / technical staff to produce the treated effluent of specified quality including Sundays aand holidays including all connected electrical & sewage pumps items such as main switch, starter, change over switch, MCCB, voltmeter, ammeter, panel board etc, Sewage water pump, valve system, controlling syatem, daily checking, leakage, checking noise, cleaning of plant and its surrounding area etc for a period of 10 years on yearwise basis including all holidays all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Contractor shall deploy are skilled operatoe (FGM) one helper per shift in three shift/ day for operation of STP for period of 10 (Ten) years after completion of Phase-I. (ii) The comtractor shall employ FGMs having minimum qualification of ITI from recognised institute having sufficient knowledge and experience of minimum 02 years in maintenance / operation of similar work. The operators must be competent to carry out the repairs / maintenance of plant as required and warmed by OEM. (iii) The operators shall maintain the desired quality treated water including tracing out and rectification of minor leakages in pipe line / valves during the period. (iv) The operators shall operate elctrical equipement , pumps and maintain the STP in workable condition by checking daily leakages noise, cleaning the plant and its surrounding areas of plant as directed.

(v) The contractor shall maintain all registers under various rules, and shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Charge as well as officers detailed by central labour department. (vi) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for cost of labour for daily for daily routine maintenance for trouble free functioning of installation. (viii) The payment to the staff employed shall be made within first week of every month through online mode in employees respective Bank Account.
