Lumpsum price worked out by the contractor for STP works as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-I.

LT PANEL Supplying installation testing and commissioning of extendable, compartmentalised, front operated , back openable, LT cubicle STP panel having ingress protection of IP 54, suitable for operation on 415 Volt 3 phase 50 c/s power supply fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet steel and base channel of MS section not less than 100mmX50mmX5mm, gland plate of 3 mm thick cleaned and treated in 7 tank process and powder coated with approved shade with TPN Electrolytic Aluminium busbar of 100A duly insulated in colour coding & suitable to withstand 25 MVA fault lavel complete with supplying & installation of following equipment including interconnection, control wiring etc as required. All MCCBs shall have microprocessor based release & shall have manually operated handle.It includes all wiring , cabling of required sizes from STP panel board to each electrical parts with on site control panel for individual motors . The panel will consists of following Items as per drawings attached.(Panel shall be of outdoor type installation with suitable IP Protection) (a) Incomming :-(i) 100Amp,4Pole,MCCB (25KA) with Microprocessor =01 No (ii) R.Y.B Phase indication lamp with fuse =1 set. (iii) 0-100 A Digital Ammeter 150/5A Class 10 , 1 set (iv) 0-500V Digital Voltometer with Control MCB 1 set (b) Out Going :- (i) 40 Amp, TP MCCB 15KA ICS with automatic star delta Starter as per type -2 cordination with single phase preventer under/ overvoltage protection,overload and short circuit protection,R.Y.B Phase indication lamp with fuse 1 set. -2 sets (For Two Numbers Air blowers , 110m3/hr. ( 0.50 wc) 5.0HP motor each).

(ii) 10A TP MCCB 10KA ICS with automatic DOL Starter as per type -2 cordination with single phase preventer under/overvoltage protection,overload and short circuit protection,R.Y.B Phase indication lamp with fuse 1 set of 2 numbers(One Working +One standby) (For Wet Well Submersible sewer pumps) (ii) 10A TP MCCB 10KA ICS with automatic DOL Starter as per type -2 cordination with single phase preventer under/overvoltage protection,overload and short circuit protection,R.Y.B Phase indication lamp with fuse 1 set of 2 numbers pumps (One working+one standby) (For Wet Well cutter Submercible sewer pumps) (iii) 6A TP MCCB 10KA ICS with automatic DOL Starter as per type -2 cordination with single phase preventer under/overvoltage protection,overload and short circuit protection,R.Y.B Phase indication lamp with fuse 1 set. -1 nos: (For One number anoxic tank submerged mixer ) (iv) 10A TP MCCB 10KA ICS with automatic star delta Starter as per type -2 cordination with single phase preventer under/overvoltage protection,overload and short circuit protection,R.Y.B Phase indication lamp with fuse 1 set. -2 nos(One working+one standby) (For Two Numbers RAS pumps) (v) 6A TP MCCB 10KA ICS with automatic star delta Starter as per type -2 cordination with single phase preventer under/overvoltage protection, overload and short circuit protection,R.Y.B Phase indication lamp with fuse 1 set. - Two numbers (One Working+One Standby) ( For two number Centrifuge feed pumps)
