Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level steel earth plate connected with GI wire 04mm dia by means of lug, bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel GI protection pipe 15mm bore light grade all as shown in elect plate No.3 of SSR part I connecting to main switch board / Main DB’s including excavation, earth work, salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150mm thick around GI earth plate, GI pipe medium grade 20mm nominal bore watering pipe GI sheet funnel wire mesh, concrete pit, RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with MS Bars 6mm dia at the rate of 150mm center to centre both way with suitable lifting handle and pit / chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 , for pit cover including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:-After completion of work if desired test result is not obtained the earthing is to be redone without any extra cost to deptt.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Sand cushioning to cable with dry fine sand in trenches 8 cm below the cable and 15 cm above the cable after laying complete all as specified. Note : Compacted thickness will be measured.

M&L Sub Class 'B' brick covering protection to the electric cable laid dry flat transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified

S & F GI tubing Light grade ISI marked with all fittings and fixed complete to wall/ trench for passing of Cable of dia 40mm Make- Prakash/ Jindal /Tata.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exec 25cm thick all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the ground level/starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of serviceable 25/35 Ltr capacity internal tank of geyser with steel tank heavy duty gauge with double lapped joint 25/35 ltr capacity suitable for geyser of any type/make with necessary screws, nut bolts gasket etc complete and all as specified including taking down of Geysers and reassembling, testing and reinstallation after repair complete and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for replacement of unserviceable 50 Ltr capacity internal tank of geyser with steel tank heavy duty gauge with double lapped joint 50 ltr capacity suitable for geyser of any type/make with necessary screws, nut bolts gasket etc complete and all as specified including taking down of Geysers and reassembling, testing and reinstallation after repair complete and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for replacement of old unserviceable siphon assembly with siphon assembly made out of brass of 25/35 ltr capacity including necessary studs, screws and rubber gasket/washers complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of old unserviceable siphon assembly with siphon assembly made out of brass of 50 ltr capacity including necessary studs, screws and rubber gasket/washers complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of old unserviceable heating element with heating element AC 230 volt of rating 1500/2000 watt ISI marked triangular type complete all as specified.

M & L for replacement of old unserviceable Thermostat with Thermostat switch for geyser AC 230 volt adjustable range as per sample complete all as specified.

M & L for replacement of old unserviceable indicator lamp with indicator lamp round/square type suitable for geyser 25/50 ltr all as per sample AC 230 volt complete all as specified.

M & L for replacement of fusible/safety plug melting at 95-100 degree centigrade suitable for any type/make of Geyser complete and all as specified.

Fixing only tube light fittings found serviceable against srl item No 1 including minor repair such as service connection wire, bipinholder etc all specified and directed.
