M&L in repair Earthing complete as per electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part I with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm, burried directly vertically in ground in a pit of depth not less than 2.5 metres below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. Earthing wire protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 50 mm bore medium grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole/ test point. Watering pipe shall be 20mm bore GI medium grade. The earthing shall be inclusive of excavation and earth work in any type of soil,charcoal, salt,funnel , PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified & directed. Note 1- following items deemed to be included in quoted rate (a) Earth electrode. (b) Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point and further to equipment to be earthed upto 7.5 metre. (c) Material and labour for connecting earth electrode and earthing lead as specified. (d) Adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt as per direction. (e) All labour involved including testing of earth net work. (f) Excavation and earth work or drilling hole for electrode. (g) P.C.C. pit (h) Funnel with watering pipe, wire meshetc. as specified. Note 2 - On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

M&L for spraying the chemical (Roundup) in sub station in the ration 1: 3 for buring the grass every three month as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for tracing the LT UG cable fault with either LT cable fault locator or manually digging by labour in any situation/position etc, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-Contractor has to rectify the fault within 08 hrs after info by concerned AGE/JE otherwise a penality of Rs 500/- per hrs would be imposed. (ii) One Single cable of any length for end to end termination with any number/type of faults will be considered to consitute only one qty for tracing and payment purpose.

Supply & installation and testing & Commissining in repair CPRI approved outdoor cubical type IP 54,LT feeder piller box suiable for 415 V, 3 phase 50 Hz , AC supply system, dust,weather & vermin proof, made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, powder coated ,TPN copper busbars of rating 200 Amp Cap.Bottom base channel of MS section not less then 45mmx45mmx5mm thick, entire panel shall have a common aluminium earth bar of size 25mm x5mm at the rear with 2 no earth stud,double door both side opening single door system lockable/openable by key from both sides having flush pattern fancy locks with louvers. cable entry with glands, foundation/grouting on & including PCC as per site requirement with the following :- (a) Bus bar electrolytic grade copper and supported on corrosive SMC insulator not less then 45 CM long mounted on insulators for incoming supply - 1 Set (Set of 4 strips) (b) Phase indicator lamp RYB LED type - 1 Set (Set of three). Laying over ground cables/Re-routing only LT UG cable of size 10 sqmm x 2,10 sqmm x 4 core to 185 sqmm x 3.5 core cable shall be provided under Sch 'B'/ the existing cable along with connection with LT panel/Pole or Other electrical equipment with proper thimble/Aluminium lugs etc making all electrical connections as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Execavation shall be got done alongwith other items of cable required for laying of cable and shall be paid in respective items for laying existing overground cables. (ii) Quoted rates shall be inclusive of cutting of cable, provision of thimbles, lugs, stainless steel cable gland for connecting cable IN / OUT from Panels and Feeder Piller Boxes as per Site requirement. (iii) The crimping shall be done only by Hand Operated / Hydraulically Operated Crimping Tool after applying conducting jelly and no other method will be allowed. (iv) Extra use of cable shall be measured & paid separately in case of non availability of EM store. (v) Execavation, Returning & filling, removing, sand and break work shall be measured and paid separately.

Insulation resistance, affects of acid , alkaline, Diesel & transformer oil, leakage current test fire test etc. having min width of 1000m + 20 mm complete as required suitable and using adhesive and allied chemical and scaling of all joints and border ends and fixing decorative taps the installed sheet complete as specified and directed.

S&F & testing commissioning of outdoor type bus bar chamber weather proof ,CPRI approved MS cubical panel board outdoor type of size 110 cm x 80 cm x 40 cm, 4 Nos of bus bar of 200 Amp capacity including one coat of red oxide and two coat of enamel paint powder coated, mounted on channels and PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation for fixing panels copper busbar chanel insulated with colour coated heat shrinkable sleaves and mounted on DMC/Epoxy insulator all as specified & directed. The panel shall be fixed over Angle iron frame (50 x 50 x4 mm) of minimum height 75 cm. Note :- Panel drawings shall be got approved from GE.

Servicing and repair / maintenance of LT panel including checking of MCCB,s, Bus bar , cable lugs, voltmeter, ammeter and CTcoil etc for healthy operation and repairs / replacement of MCCB, BUS bar, Voltmeter, Ammeter ,Current Transformers (CTs) and replacing of defective control wiring if any replacement of defective cable lugs and complete for Indoor type / Outdoor type LT Panel of various capacity including necessary addition/ alternation of panel including cutting/welding/hinges of front and back side of panel board /feeder to match the existing panel board/feeder complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Major spares like MCCB, Volt meter, Ammeter, Busbar and CT's, Epoxy insulator will be measured and paid seperately

Notes : (a) Copper strip beyond test point shall be measured and paid for separately. (b) Earthing resistance result shall be less than 5 Ω .If the result comes more than 5 Ω the contractor shall carry out the earthing at separate location/site given by the Engr-in-Charge after taking out of earth electrode without any extra cost to the deptt. (c) Test point terminal block shall be measured and paid for separately. (d) The contractor's quoted rates shall be deemed to include for dismantling/taking down of old unserviceable earthing of any type and making good the disturbed surfaces and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (e) Any other fittings/fixtures if technically required for achieving desired results (if not included above) shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt. (f) If mother soil is not available then mother soil wil be provided by contractor from outside source without any extra cost to the Govt.

Preparation of old painted surface and painting of steel tubular poles 9 mtr long from bottom to top incl all iron structure with synthentic enamelled paint in black and yellow colour up to 1.2 metre height from pedestal, including painting of steel structure, cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates (all metalic parts) of Steel Tubular pole complete, with two coats of Spray aluminium paint including preparation of old painted steel surfaces including writing in 80 mm wide letters/ numbers in both side of pole MES,LT/HT and pole No complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for type PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in coping etc for pole/ ducting including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

.S & F in repair automatic street light switch NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of streets lights based on lux level of natural light. The sensor (nature switch ) along with suitable power contactor, MCB and support terminals should be enclosed in pole /wall mountable enclosure made out of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade special moulding compund conforming to IP-66 The contactor, MCB and circuit wiring 16 sqmm copper shall be suitable enough to take load of 25 KW three phase load (8 KW/phase), contactor rating 40 Amps(2 pole)and 40 amps 4 pole and MCB (single pole) rating 63 amps (SP-3 Nos) complete including sheet metal enclosure with stand made of suitable size angle iron and grouting of enclosure using cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including taking down old. Note :- (a) The using of GI Clamp in the wall/drainage rate are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) The insulation of DWC pipe should be of high that does not deteriorate with UV rays/ heavy sun rays/winter season etc. (c) Drawing existing cable through DWC pipe shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply and fixing of DWC HDPE tubing of black colour 50 mm bore for open/underground laying cable, cut to size and making the tubing for cable protection including cutting of road etc/cutting of PCC and making the good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
