The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - A Post Graduate / Masters Degree in Medical Architecture with minimum 05 year experience - An Architect or Doctor with degree in Hospital Administration with minimum 05 year experience - A B. Arch with minimum 10 years experience - A Structural Engineer (MTech/ ME in Structural Engineering) with minimum 10 years experience - A Post Graduate / Master’s Degree in PHE with minimum 02 years experience - A Civil Engineer (Degree/diploma Holder) with minimum 05/10 years experience in the field of quantity surveying - An MEP Design Expert, Degree holder in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with minimum 08 years experience - A Graduate in Civil Engineering from a Govt. recognized university/institute with a minimum 15 years experience - A Graduate in Civil Engineering from a Govt. recognized university/institute with a minimum 05 years experience - A Graduate in Electrical Engineering from a Govt. recognized university/institute with a minimum 05 years experience - A Mechanical Engineer (Degree holder) having minimum 05 years experience in HVAC services. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost (Rs 18500.00 Lakh), which is Rs 7400 Lakh. - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost (Rs 18500.00 Lakh), which is Rs 9250 Lakh. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost (Rs 18500.00 Lakh), which is Rs 14800 Lakh. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last seven years, with the similar work being RCC framed Multistoried (i.e., Four or more storey including basement/stilt), Multispecialty Hospital Building work along with provision of lift, fire fighting and allied services executed under one contract of minimum 160 beds capacity, costing not less than Rs 75 crore.
