M & L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Conduit shall be fixed on surface of roof with necessary saddles where concealing of conduit in not feasible. 3. Proper colour code will be used for wiring as per the electrical rule and as directed.

Supply and fixing replacement of round shape 6 watt 220 volts AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with drivers, holders, LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of distribution board single pole & neutral with 200 Amps rated bus bar, for double door IP-42 DB's ,made out of sheet steel enclosure, recessed type, factory made powder coated 4 way -240 volts suitable for housing MCB's and isolator's complete in all fixing material/accessories etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of MCB's single pole 240 volts 6 to 32Amps 10 KA 'C’ curve series, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F replacement of MCB SPN, 240 volt, 32 Amp capacity, 10 KA, 'C' curve complete all as specified and directed.

M&L replacement of sub Main Wiring with 2 run of single core, 6 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cable using colour code for phase red and neutral black with and including 6 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor cable in green colour as earth conductor connected to common earth dolly, drawn in and including concealed PVC rigid conduit of suitable size having thickness not less than 1.8mm (ISI marked) with and including all accessories complete and making good to disturbed surface of wall/floor with cement mortar and finishes to match existing surface including taking down of existing unserviceable surface/concealed sub main wiring any type complete all as specified and directed. Note: Two run of submain wire (phase and neutral), and one run of earth including PVC conduit and accessories will be measured as one run.
