Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep in hard/dense soil for laying/jointing kit/repair of cable,foundation, etc., or for shafts, erection of poles, pier holes, manholes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand cushioning for under ground cables, the trenche shall be provided with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and with a layer of 15 cm depth after laying and straightning of cable and then gently punned down to a depth of 10 cm above the top of the upper-most cable, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punning shall be done by hand; mechanical punners shall not be used.

Supply and laying of well burnt class ‘B’ bricks as mechanical protection to under ground cables laying with length of the bricks perpendicular to the width of the trenche complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for High density Polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of Pressure rating PN-10 for mechanical protection of UG Cable fixed to walls, ceilings or floors, of size 50 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 2 runs of 1.5 Sqmm PVC FRLS insulated stranded copper cable for connection of street light including PVC conduit 20 mm external dia, medium grade, fixed on pole with proper clamping/ saddling etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of PVC Terminal /junction pole box, 4 pole strips, mounted on DMC insulator and MCB SP 6 Amps, 10 KA, Size 310 x 210 x 120mm and fixed with MS flat iron clamps to pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of digital automatic street light control panel of 12 KW, made of extended wide band coil, FRLS (Fire retardant low smoke) Internal wiring, In-built Short-Circuit Protection, Provided with Protection Degree IP 54 and Class H Insulation, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fabrication and testing in replacement of outdoor type LT panel / DBs / Feeder Filler of board factory made CPRI approved with IP 54 grade of protection and installed at a height of 1 feet over suitable PCC platform fabricated with suitable angle iron (50x50x6mm thick) bottom leg supports for resting independently cubical, compartmental type with double hinged front openable doors, half turn type operating knobs for incoming feeders and outgoing feeders made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet metal powder coated for outer sheet of panel and 2 mm thick CRCA sheet for partition and compartment doors and with suitable capacity of aluminum bus-bar not less than 250 Amps capacity for each phase supported by suitable insulators and covered with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves along with wiring of panel with suitable size of copper conductor cable for accessories including provision of necessary cable entry / exit boxes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. S&F GI Tube 50 MM bore Light Grade laid in trenches under road or fixed to wall as mechanical protection for UG Cables complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of bracket made of GI pipe light grade 40mm bore bend to shape in 120 degree of 1.2 m in length suitable for fixing street light luminaire and fixed on wall/pole including necessary MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in replacement for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.0mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including using galvanized iron wire of 4.0 mm dia as earthling lead by means of bolts nuts, cheek nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel .earth plate surrounded by alternate layers packed with char coal dust and common salt ,15cm thick and 15cm wide all around bottom and top and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI light grade with funnel, wire mesh and 40mm dia GI protection pipe medium grade all as shown in electrical plate no-3 of SSR part-I and connected to earthling test point, and including testing on completion all as specified location and as directed by Engineer-in -charge. Note: 1. Suitable quantity of charcoal, common salt, funnel, GI pipe required for watering, pit & CI pit cover etc is deemed to be included in quoted rate and lead wire used beyond 7.5m from pit cover will be measured separately. 2. On testing after completion if the desired resistance is not obtained the earthing shall be re-done at no extra cost.
