Notes:- 1. The interlocking joints shall be filled with fine sand. 2. Sand cushioning will be measured and paid seprately.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep in hard/dense soil for laying/jointing kit/repair of cable,foundation, etc., or for shafts, erection of poles, pier holes, manholes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement GI Tube 50 MM bore Light Grade laid in trenches under road or fixed to wall as mechanical protection for UG Cables complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in replacement for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.0mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including using galvanized iron wire of 4.0 mm dia as earthling lead by means of bolts nuts, cheek nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel .earth plate surrounded by alternate layers packed with char coal dust and common salt ,15cm thick and 15cm wide all around bottom and top and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI light grade with funnel, wire mesh and 40mm dia GI protection pipe medium grade all as shown in electrical plate no-3 of SSR part-I and connected to earthling test point, and including testing on completion all as specified location and as directed by Engineer-in -charge. Note: 1. Suitable quantity of charcoal, common salt, funnel, GI pipe required for watering, pit & CI pit cover etc is deemed to be included in quoted rate and lead wire used beyond 7.5m from pit cover will be measured separately. 2. On testing after completion if the desired resistance is not obtained the earthing shall be re-done at no extra cost.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring from existing points (light, fan, socket or power) alongwith compete fittings such as switches ,ceiling rose, pendent holder, sketch fitting & regulator etc. (Schedule of credit for each item to be given separately) including making good to the disturbed surfaces of wall, roof and floor etc. to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with using approved colour coding as per IS 1.5 Sqmm multistranded,1100 volt grade copper conductor cable of PVC insulated and unsheathed type alongwith 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable for continuous earthing in & incl PVC Casing and caping with accessories having ISI mark fixed on wall surfaces / ceiling including provision PCV Box on top for fixing switches sockets etc. all as specified for one light point/ fan /Bell point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of silent diesel engine generating set 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire, engine as per IS: 10001/10002 and alternator as per IS 13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having mater and sound proof canopy with AMF control panel as per CPCB2 norms and foundation etc of cpacity 30 KVA or its nearest size, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge keeping in view with all the requirements as mentioned below in notes. Notes:- (A) DIESEL ENGINE: Liquid cooled, electric start, four stoke, three cylinders, totally enclosed diesel engine, developing 1500 RPM at NTP. The engine is suitable for genetrating set application and fitted with the following standard accessories:- (i) Flywheel to suit coupling (ii) Suitable couling. (iii) Water cooling arrangement. (iv) Radiator. (v) Lube oil Filter. (vi) Lube oil pump. (vii) Fuel pump. (viii) Hoses to fuel tank. (ix) Air cleaner assembly. (x) Residential Heavy duty silencer. The alternator shall confirm to IS: 13364,IS 4722, BS5000, IEC: 34 and suitable for tropical condition. (D) AMF PANEL: AMF Panel suitable for 30 KVA DG Set fixing of outside of canopy for DG set with fixing on suitable size of angle frame and PCC including all complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (E) ACCESSORIES: 01. BASE FRAME: Suitable base frame of sturdy design with necessary reinforcement and with in- built diesel tank. 02. Fuel Tank:- Daily service fuel tank of sheet metal, suitable enough for minimum 8 hours running of DG set complete with drain valve air vent, inlet outlet connections and mechanical gauge. 03. BATTERY: A battery of 12 volts charged of Amaron or Exide make with its leads.
