The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in civil works construction business during the last five years in the role of prime contractor or partner in joint venture or sub-contractor. The bidder shall provide evidence that it has successfully completed or substantially completed within the last five years, one or more of the following similar works: - one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 4658.00 lac, with DBM/BC or PQC/DLC work amount being minimum 60% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 3493.50 lac. - two similar completed works costing not less than 50% each of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 2911.25 lac, with DBM/BC or PQC/DLC work amount being minimum 30% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 1746.75 lac. - three similar completed works costing not less than 40% each of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 2329.00 lac, with DBM/BC or PQC/DLC work amount being minimum 20% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 1164.50 lac. The required prior work experience for the bidder also includes specific roles such as: * Project Manager: 10 years of experience in highway, bridge construction, and maintenance works, with a degree in B.E./B.Tech. (Civil) or 15 years of experience with a Diploma in Civil. * Dy Project Manager: 8 years of experience in highway, bridge construction, and maintenance works, with a degree in B.E. (Civil) or 15 years of experience with a Diploma in Civil, and 5 years of experience as Dy. Project Manager/Manager. * Site Engineer: 5 years of experience in road and bridge construction, with a degree in B.E./B.Tech. (Civil). * Incident cum, Road property Manager cum Route Operation Manager: 5 years of experience, with 3 years of experience in highway property management and maintenance, and a graduate degree from a recognized university. * Road Safety Auditor: 3 years of experience, with a Road Safety Audit Certificate from an approved government agency. * Quality cum Material Engineer: 5 years of experience in the relevant field, with a degree in B.E. (Civil). The bidder should have completed projects with a value of at least a certain amount in the last 5 years. The bidder should provide information on the value of civil engineering works undertaken during the last 5 years, including the amount of bonus received, if any. The bidder should also provide the maximum value of projects undertaken during the last 5 years, excluding the amount of bonus, and updated to the price level of the year. The bidder should submit a summary sheet (FORM – 4A) for works of similar nature, which may include details such as the amount and percentage of similar works completed. The assessed available bid capacity will be calculated as (A* N* 2.5 – B + C), where A is the maximum value of civil works, B is the value of existing commitments, and C is the amount of bonus received. The factor for updating the price level to the current year is also provided, ranging from 1.00 to 1.20 for the last five years.
