M & L For Construction of masonry valve pit with burnt brick (sub class ’B') in cement mortar (1:6) and 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 and PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 in foundation bed or size internally cement on 1.2m x 1.2mx 1.2 m with MS Sheet cover with locking arrangement hinged with 50x50x06 mm angle iron frame embedded in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 etc. including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to all steel surfaces completed including earth work all as specified and directed.

ROAD

Removing existing reftective road studs and refixing in position after relaying the road surface with nails and epoxy adhesive , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of factory made CPRI type tested outdoor type powder coated HT Feeder pillarbox of size not less than 2.0 x 2.0 x 1.0 Metej weather proof made out of MS sheet 3 15mm thick having common aluminium bus bar of capacity 400 Amp three phase 11 KV including foundation work and fencing outside with clear spacing of one meter from foundation and up to a height of two meter from ground level with door arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing , laying,, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate-(size range 53mm to.:075mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification as per Table 400-1 of yellow book of WORTH including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers 75mm each( 225 mm compacted thicknesss) with, mechnical paverfinisher in sub-base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density & camber required, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:Mix will be prepared in plant of suitable capacity}.

External Electric Supply

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11kV, 630Amp, 21 kA, Outdoor (with IP54) type extensible 3-way SF6 gas insulated RMU , floor mounted with copper bus bar Compact Distribution board consisting of 01 Nos incoming VCB and 2 Nos outgoing VCB and 01 air insulated metering. The extensible bushing should be at the top of RMU through bolted connection for ease of coupling. No plug-in type bushings are acceptable. All live parts, bus bars, VCB will be enclosed a single tank (Minimum 3 VCB in a single tank) in robotically Stainless steel tank filled with SF6 at 1.4 bar with IP class IP 67, leak rate less than 0.1% and tested for Internal arc 21kA/1-sec as per latest IEC 62271-200. The Compact Switchgear should be of IP54 degree of protection such that the main enclosure door should cover complete front part including front cover and cable covers. The earthing bus bar should be of copper. The earthing bus bar shall be provided in each cable compartment and throughout the length of Switchgear. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting required at site complete all as specified and directed. (All VCB should be motorised) (A) INCOMER VCB - 01 Nos. consisting of following: Short time current - 21 kA/ 3 sec Making Capacity - 52.5 kA Auxiliary contacts - 2NO + 2NC Power frequency withstand voltage - 28 kV Nominal operating gas pressure - as per standard IS.

Construction of Sub Station Building with Restroom and toilet with permanent specification complete all as specified and shown on drawing.
