Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 Way Ring Main Unit 11 KV, 630 Amps, 21 KA for 3 sec, SF6 insulated, one side extensible, outdoor, heavy duty 3 way, completely motorized as well as manually operated in combination of 2 No LBS as Incommer and 1 No VCB as outgoing alongwith bus PT metering module, consisting of copper busbar in SF6 insulated 304 (Non-Ferrite Non-Magnetic Grade) stainless steel enclosure of thickness 2.5 mm with manometer fixed, with series trip, self-powered microprocessor based numerical over current relay (IDMTL+Inst.) with Modbus protocol compliant RS485 port for overload/ earth fault/ Transformer protection & short circuit protection in each VCB feeder. The breaker shall have mechanical ON / OFF indicator with hand trip device and spring charging, spring release coil, auxiliary switch of 2 NO +2NC. The HV switchgear and control gear should be confirming to IEC-62271-100, contd..

Contd.. IEC-62271-200-2003 & IEC-60694-1996. The RMU should be internal arc tested for 21 KA for 1 second with IAC-AFL classification for gas tank and gas to be released from the rear top or rear bottom from operator end. The complete RMU along with cable chamber to be put to an outdoor enclosure to have ingress protection of minimum IP54. Each feeder should have voltage presence indicator. RMU Should have 01 no manometer for each tank and the followings:-

[a] For each VCB - Vacuum circuit breaker module with vaccum circuit breaker 12 KV 630 amps, three position isolator/ earthing switch, bus bars, interlocking, earth bar and stored spring energy mechanism with and including the followings:- [i] 1 no. microprocessor based self powered numerical relay with over Current/ earth fault & short circuit protection with each VCB feeder. [ii] 3 Nos. Protection ring core CTs of Burden 2.5 VA, ratio 100-50/1A, Class of Accuracy class 5P10 of IS 2705-part III 1992 for O/C and E/F protection for each VCB. [iii] Right angle boots for all the feeder Modules [iv] Mechanism for manual and motorised operation. [v] Cable cover standard for interlocking. [vi] Cable bushing interface C (400 bolted), 630 A, at site replaceable type
