( Note- The cost of providing WPC shall be included in quoted rate under this item )

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of newly plastered/ unplaster surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with painting roller over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of old decorated plastered/ unplaster surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with painting roller complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F double shutter steel window box type ERW hollow P section comprising of glazed/gauged skeleton shutter fabricated from following sections :- (a) ERW hollow P section frame of size 60 mm x25 mm made from 1.25 mm thick MS sheet (02 Nos i.e. 01 for glazed shutter and 01 for gauzed shutter ). Both P section shall be welded with flat iron 25x03 mm thick all around of frame on both inner and outer faces . (b) Style and rails of window shutters shall be fabricated with ERW hollow P section of size 50 mm x25 mm made from 1.00 mm thick MS sheet and comprising of 02 Nos sash bars for glazed window leaf of T – section 20 x 03 mm thick and one No sash bar of 20 mm x 3 mm thick section for gauzed winodw leaf . (c) Vertical mullion shall be ERW hollow T -section of size 60 x 25 mm made from 1.25 mm thick MS sheet (d) The above steel window shall be deemed to include the following accessories/ fittings : i) Hold fast 150mm long mild steel flat iron 12x3 mm thick made to shape- 04 Nos per window ii) Handle of Z section 20mmx25mm, 100mm long – 01 No per leaf. iii) MS tower bolt stove enamelled 150mm long- 2 Nos per leaf. iv) Z section 20mmx25mm, 100mm long stopper – 01 No per leaf. (v) Cleat 55 mm long of solid square 15x20x.63mm square - 01 No per leaf vi) Pintal hinges 12 x 75 mm - 2 Nos each leaf vii) 10mm square Guard bar @ 10 cm c/c welded to frame . (viii) Two coat of Synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer. (ix) 0.36mm nominal dia of stainless steel wire mesh and average width of aperture of 1.40mm fixed in gauzed skelton shutter of window with flat iron 15 x 03 mm with steel screws . (x) 3mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and with oil putty in square n. exc 0.5 sqm in each pane fixed in glass shutter of window. (xi) Fabrication and fixing arrangements as per specification including cutting holes and making good dismantled portion in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 /cement plaster 1:4 as require and make finish good to the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) For the purpose of measurement and payment double shutter both glazed and gauzed with frames shall be considered as one unit. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include the iron mongery, grill and other accessoriries as mentioned above. (iii) The window upto 1.00 metre width shall consists of two leaves both for gauzed shutter and glazed shutter and all the shutters are openable. The window more than 1.00 metre width shall have two openable leaves on both outer side for gauzed shutter and glazed shutter and middle leaf/shutter shall be fixed type.

S&F for 2nd class hard wood 35mm thick glazed and skelton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc, without sash bars edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fittted with cut and mitred beads for securing gauge, etc sizes of member of shutter as specified in SSR part–I Sec–8 clause 8.24 (a) all as directed.

S&F galvanised mild steel wire cloths 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised mild steel wire staple , complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L rolled mild steel framed work as in chowkats of door or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails braces etc. complete. drilled for fixing for steel sheeting or other covering doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges and hanging ,door fitting (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe–410–W (Grade E–250) quality 'A' , complete, all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made flush shutters 30 mm thick, solid core construction, with block board core and ply wood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr–in–charge.

S&F mild steel butt hinges 100mm long medium weight , complete, all as specified and as directed.

S&F 200 mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed , complete, all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150 mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed , complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 300mm long aluminum alloy, anodized sliding bolts with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast aluminum alloys to door shutter , complete, all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel 150 mm, ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs, including roller and roller plate complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles , complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 , complete, all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 23 here in befor but except bricks old serviceable bricks obtained from serial item No 22 above including removing motar, cleaning the bricks with water, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down wooden trusses, coupled rafters or trussed beams having clear span above 8mtr and up to 12 mtrs complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

S & F mild steel rag or lewis bolts, screwed one end, with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged or lewised, exc 30cm long and 12 mm dia of neck complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors, beams, chajjas, staircases, landings and similar suspended work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B–0, (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including formwork for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape reqd incl cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L TMT steel bars 6 to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape reqd incl cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L reinforced cement concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (Nominal Mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in chajjas, beams, lintels over 1.5 mtr span and the like complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressum-mers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports overhangs etc, also splays between floors and beams, chajjas including edges etc., work in rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated AC sheet of any thickness incl Nainital or similar pattern coverings, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick, having Zinc coating 150 gm per Sqm (Az-150) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, having Zinc coating 150 gm per sqm (Az-150) as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F rolled mild steel work in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. of Fe-410-W (Grade E-250) quality B complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

S & F rolled mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment of Fe-410-W (Grade E-250) quality B complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets and false ceiling frame work of any size/ description complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling framed wooden scantling of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing false ceiling with semi perforated 12 mm thick micro tegular edged at all hights with GRG(glass fiber reinforced gypsum ) false ceiling tiles of size 595mmx595mm of approved texture ,design and pattern having moisture content less than 2% ,humidity resistance of 99% ,NRC 0.5 to 0.75 as per IS 8225-1987 ,non- combustile as per BS475 (part-4) -1970 and light code description unit rate No.429 SUB HEAD :26.0 new technologies and material reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanised @ 120 gms per sqm including both sides ) comprising of main -T runners of size 15x32mm of length 3000mm ,cross T of size 15x32mm of length 1200mm and secondry intermediate cross-T of size 15x32mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x600mm ,suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanising @80 gms per sqm ) i.e, 50mm long ,8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fastners ,6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L- Shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm . M & L PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L vibratory rubber moulded coloured precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, ISI marked of 60 mm thickness, grade M-35 with grey cement and pigments over and including a layer of sand cushioning, 25 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18 to 22 mm thick of size not less than 550mm x 550mm in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (granite finish) over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor/ hard standing etc and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour glazed ceramic coloured tiles joint free 1st quality in vertical surfaces/ skirtings/dados of size 300 x 600 x 7 mm thick or nearest size as required , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L providing 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (not exc 2 Sqm each ) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight including form work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F as in repair stainless steel curtain rod 25mm dia having wall thickness 1.00mm with and including stainless steel decorative brackets, two lotto for each rod length at both end etc fixed with stainless steel screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of old decorated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor, overall length of cover plate 140mm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Schedule 'A' Part-II (E/M items) Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including all fittings and fixtures such as switches, pendant, lamp holder, socket outlet, etc and removing unserviceable materials from site of work and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors with cement mortar and white/colour wash to match with existing surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including medium grade, ISI marked, PVC conduit not less than 20 mm dia with accessories, concealed on wall/ceiling surfaces and including provision of 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade, ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs, including mild steel sunken box or pressed steel terminal boxes modular type of size/modules as required at site with earth dolly (boxes shall be galvanised or painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally) including provision of new covered plate over sunken box for housing the modular switches , modular socket outlets,modular fan regulators etc. for one light/fan/exhaust fan/bell point controlled by one way switch, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fixing in repair, LED surface mounted bulk head luminaries 8-10 watt with min 800 lumen, industrial model, IP 65, aluminium housing, surge protection including driver and LED lamp, etc. complete with all accessories, connecting with copper conductor flexible cable from ceiling rose to connector of the light complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fixing in repair, LED Bldg Security Light Fittings of capacity 20 -25 watt made up of die cast aluminium housing with black epoxy powder coating with cover heat resistance glass safety input voltage range 170 to 270 volts, industrial model with IP-65 protection and other connected accessories including electronic driver and making electrical connection, service bracket of mild steel pipe 25 mm bore medium grade of length 0.70 mtr fixed to wall with two clamps made of 20 x 3 mm mild steel flat minimum 15cm long, 4 nos 8mm dia bolts with nuts and washer and suitable reducer for connecting fitting to GI pipe as required at site including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on mild steel work complete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fix sheet metal MCB DB SPN 8 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar single pole and neutral with double door IP-54 fixed on wall duly grouted in solid block wall or on wooden board in and including copper lugs/thimbles duly crimped for connection, including making smooth the disturbed surfaces including removing old unserviceable enclosure complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge. Cat part No.811825 of make Indo Asian or equivalent in make given in Appx 'B'.

Supply and fix MCB SP, 6-32 Amps, 240 volt,10 KA , 'B' curve as per site requirement including removing old unserviceable MCB complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix MCB SPN 32 Amps, 240 volt,10 KA , 'B' curve as per site requirement including removing old unserviceable MCB complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down and refixing only ceiling fan after cleaning in any model/size etc and making all connection using three core copper conductor flexible cable in size 1.5 sqmm including drawn through PVC flexible conduit pipe from ceiling rose to fan connector complete all as specified and directed.

S & laying as in repair sub main wiring with two run of 6 sqmm PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H,1100 volts grade ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor and one run of 6 sqmm PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade ISI marked multi stranded copper conductor as earth continuty conductor connected to common earth dolly including concealed on wall/ceiling surfaces in and including PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked of adequate size for housing the wires complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Thimble/lugs of rating of MCB should be used with wire for fixing in the MCB. (ii) Three runs of cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit length.

Supply and laying as in repair in trenches service cable 16 Sqmm 2 Core XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor complete all as specified and directed :-

Excavation in trenches, n. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc.and getting out for soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay GI tubes light grade with connected fittings laid in trenches/wall/ pole for protection to UG cables of size 32 mm dia.

Supply and lay GI tubes light grade with connected fittings laid in trenches/wall/ pole for protection to UG cables of size 25 mm dia including taking down of unsv pipe.

M&L for cushioning for protection of cable using dry river sand, free from particles all as specified and directed.

M&L for Protection to cable with one layer of new bricks laid flat butting to each other in such a way that the length of the bricks is at right angle to the central axis of the cable using old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm for soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of road cutting / hard standing width not more than 0.30 m and depth 0.15m complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for excavation / cutting the existing hard standing/PCC/WBM road at a depth not less than 45 cm and 30 cm in width for passing of cable through GI pipe, returning filling in complete complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanised earth wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron.Earth wire protected by GI pipe 15mm bore(medium grade) and connected to earthing test point as directed and as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 40 cm x 40cm x 5cm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15cm c/c both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia bar, funnel, wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing as in repair complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and earth testing on completion .

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 1,03,471.93 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No. 125 to 126 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
