M&L preparation of new/old plastered surfaces of wall and applying 1 mm thick wall care putty white cement based in two or more coats to achive smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonary, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, including stacking of servisable bricks and removal of debries to distance exc 250 mtr and n exc 500 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks using old servicable bricks including cleaning of old bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B–0 as in sub base floor (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate), finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non–skid ceramic coloured tiles joint free premium/1st quality (square/rectengular) 7–8 mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm as in floor (in patches), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour glazed ceramic coloured tiles joint free premium/1st quality in vertical surfaces/ skirtings /dados (in patches) of size 300 x 600 x 7 mm thick or nearest size as required, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour vitrified ceramic light shade tiles (in patches) premium/1st quality 9–10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm and not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour vitrified ceramic light shade tiles (in patches) premium/1st quality 9–10mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm and not exceeding 1.00 sqm as in skirting, 100 to 150mm height as in skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un–reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debries to distance exc 250 mtr but n exc 500 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter area not exceeding 1.50 Square meter (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter area exceeding 1.50 Square meter and not exceeding 4.00 Square meter (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description area exc 1.00 sqm and not exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description area exc 1 sqm and not exc 2 sqm each and refixing in the same opening complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other frames/ chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comp ressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS screws, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary SS screws shall be paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr–in–charge.

Supply and fixing factory made 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters,open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part–I, Section–8, clause 8.24 (a) (wood shall be kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated aluminium section (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors, windows (fixed, sliding, hanging) & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a). Glazing shall be measured and paid separately. (b). Weight of aluminium sections shall be as per IS or actual weight which ever less shall be measured. (c). The rates quoted shall be inclusive of neoprene beading, glazing clips, jointing clips, screws, etc as required and the same shall not be measured for arriving the weight. (d). The rates shall be inclusive of locking arrangement including complete packing with silicon gel alround contacting surface of aluminium framework and including matching the existing surface area complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised aluminium grill (anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/ pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the window frame with C.P brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm center to center, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodized aluminium standard section around the opening, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C–1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in holdfasts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel butt hinges 100mm long medium weight complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150 mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100 mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150 mm long aluminium handle fabricated type anodised complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor, overall length of cover plate 140mm including for vulcanised rubber piece.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 300mm long aluminum alloy, anodized sliding bolts with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast aluminum alloys to door shutter complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel 150 mm ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs including roller and roller plate etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium (Diecast) body hydraulically door closer regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 mm to 1000 mm in width and weight between 61 to 80 Kg complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 65 mm size long mortice lock vertical type, 2 levers with key in duplicate, mild steel body fixed in shutters with screw complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sheet glass 4.8mm thick tinted quality and glazing with aluminium snap beading, rubber gasket in square not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 12mm thick prelaminated particle board interier grade (grade–1) confirming IS 14587 prelaminated both side with decorative choice lamination and fixed to aluminium door shutter with glazing clips, rubber complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised mild steel wire cloths 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised mild steel wire staple complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5mm PVC hollow sheet (the thicknees of inner wall 0.7 to 1.00mm) in wall panelling inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site with U clip or PVC frame as per specifications and drawing and manufacturer instruction including taking down of existing wall /ceiling lining of any type as existing on site complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 13-14mm thick fluted (flute width 40mm) PVC hollow sheet (the thicknees of inner wall 1.6mm) in wall panelling inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site with U clip or PVC frame as per specifications and drawing including taking down of existing wall /ceiling lining of any type as existing on site complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminium door seal brown/white coated with PVC brush or PVC flexible door rubber fitted in bottom of door complete all as specified and directed.
