Schedule 'A' Section-IV (Internal electrification works) (Item No 2.01 to 2.29 here-in-after) (to be priced by bidders). Bidders to quote there rates under Column-6 only .

Material and labour for concealed point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area), single core, FRLS-H, 1100 volts, ISI marked, PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded cable drawn through and including non metallic, medium grade PVC concealed conduit not less than 20mm dia and its fittings, including cutting chasing on wall/ceiling, including all tees, bell mouth pieces and fixing accessories such as couplers, saddlers, pipe hooks etc, PVC junction boxes, ISI marked, including 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS-H cable, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor upto common earth and connecting to common earth dolly with and including MS flush boxes of 2 to 18 modules with inner and outer cover plates, confirming to IS 5139 of 1969 and IS 14772 of 2000 for fixing modular switch sockets for one light point (light point//fan point/bell point controlled by one one way switch complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Switch, socket, ceiling rose, lamp holder, bell, bell push and fan regulators to be measured and paid for separately. The quoted rates are deemed to be included for providing cover plates and MS flush boxes as required at site. (ii) PVC Conduit conforming to IS 9537 part I & III. (iii) All chases will be cut by chase cutter only and surfaces shall be make good as per existing surfaces. (iv) The concealed conduits and MS boxes as fixed against new point wiring, shall be verified by JE/Engineer-in-Charge before making good the surfaces by plastering and other finishes.

Supply and fixing of ceiling rose surface bakelite 65x50mm, three terminals complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of lamp holder, PVC/polycarbonate type with black plate suitable for batten fittinmgs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of LED lamps, 9W suitable for batten holder complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of capacity 20 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of aluminium housing tube light fitting ,1x18/20 W LED 230 V, lumen not less than 2000 energy efficent batten fitting, with driver etc complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible cable copper conductor including 18/20 watt LED tube rod complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Surface mounted wall Mirror LED light Compact & sturdy 10 watt LED decorative fixture aluminium housing with anti glare polycarbonate diffuser, multi purpose lighting solution & applications .all accessories & fixtures, internally prewired and connecting by provding copper flexible wire 23/.0076 mm twin core upto fitting, complete in all respects complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 10W Bulk head LED luminaries Die cast aluminium alloy body ,heat resistent prismatic glass cover ,with specially designed gasket incl all accessories & fixtures, internally prewired and connecting by provding copper flexible wire 23/.0076 mm twin core upto fitting, complete in all respects complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED Bldg security light fitting of capacity 35-45 Watt made up of die cast aluminium housing with black epoxy powder coating with cover heat resistance glass safty input voltage range 170 to 270 volts, with IP66 protection and other connected accessories including service bracket of MS pipe25/32mm bore of length 0.09 mtr with MS clamps, belts, nuts and washers and suitable reducer for connecting to MS pipe as required at site and making electrical connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core, suitable for 1100 Volts earthed system, in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc, including connecting and testing,complete all as specified and directed.Note : (i) Excavation, earth work, cable cover protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately.(ii) All equipments, machinery and T&P as required at site shall be arranged by contractor and quoted rates are deemed to be included this aspect.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two single core, 4 sqmm, FRLS-H, 1100 volts grade, ISI marked, with multistranded, PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable, drawn in and including rigid non metallic PVC conduit, medium grade, not less than 25 mm dia, ISI marked for housing cables, concealed in wall or ceiling including cutting chasing and making good, with accessories with and including one additional 4 sqmm, PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor, FRLS-H, green colour for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed. Notes- (i) Three runs of 4.0 sqmm cable and one run of concealed conduct shall be measured as one unit. (ii) Thimble/lugs of rating of MCB should be used with wire for fixing in the MCB.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosures vertical distribution board VTPN, (MCCB DB) 4 ways, double door, 415 volts with Each 200 amps rated bus bar IP 54 protection, with shrouded neutral bar and insulated bus bar and earth link, with and including adjustable thermal setting MCCB 4 Pole, 125 Amps 25 KA as incomer and with making suitable size of MS cabinet 2 mm thick dully grouted on the wall (flush) with opening arrangement including and making connection with suitable size of lugs and making good the disturbed surface matching with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement sheet metal enclosures distribution board SPN 8 way,double door , IP 43, as per IS 8623 including 200 amps fully insulated aluminium bus bar, insulated neutral bar, earth bar, door earthing, reversible doors, PAN assembly for easy installation and also incoming and outgoing connections with suitable size of lugs/thimbles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement sheet metal enclosures distribution board SPN 4 way,double door , IP 43, as per IS 8623 including 200 amps fully insulated aluminium bus bar, insulated neutral bar, earth bar, door earthing, reversible doors, PAN assembly for easy installation and also incoming and outgoing connections with suitable size of lugs/thimbles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB SP 6-32 Amps rating ,240 volts, 50 Hz, breaking capacity 10 KA 'B' curve ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB SP 40 -63 Amps rating ,240 volts, 50 Hz, breaking capacity 10 KA 'B' curve, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing SPN 40 -63 Amps rating ,240 volts, 50 Hz, breaking capacity 10 KA 'B' curve, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mmx 6mm thick surrounded by charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to 4.00 mm wire earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checks nut and washers made out of galvanized iron or steel, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 15mm dia (light grade) and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I & including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm dia GI pipe (light grade) for watering, protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover etc, complete, all as specified or indicated and as directed including testing on completion including taking down of existing old earthing complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) The unit rate shall also included for earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia CTD bars @ 150mm c/c both ways, funnel with GI watering pipe 20mm dia light grade, GI protection pipe light grade 15mm dia and wire mesh complete, specified on Sl Page No 389 of SSR Part-II.(ii) Earthing lead and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5m will be measured and paid separately. (iii) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth pit covers to be conspicuously marked of plate with stand grouted in PCC.(iv) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is more than 5 to 10 ohm the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Material and labour for Bricks common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class ‘B’ old size bricks laid dry and flat adjecent to each other for brick protection cover on cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling fans, AC, single phase, 230V, 50Hzs, copper wounded of 1200mm sweep with BLDC technology, max power input upto 35W, copperwire induction motor with 5 star BEE ratings, including remote and set of batteries complete alongwith canopy cover, down rod 'U' clamp, 3 ore PVC flexiable cable 1sqmm for making connection of fan and hanging the fan in clamp, connecting with exisiting electrical connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix heavy duty, metalic body with blades, legs, frame and louvers, ISI marked energy efficient exhaust fan, 230V, AC, 300mm sweep with lauvers and connecting up including provision of three core flexible copper wire of size 1.5sqmm from ceiling rose to exhaust fan including making hole on wall grouting bolts nuts washers, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
