Note : (i) All existing and new connections of incoming/outgoing cables shall be done through appropriate size of copper thimbles. (ii) Drawing, circuit diagram and all materials / instruments incl makes etc for starter panel shall be got approved by GE before fabrication. Design, fabricate, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of indoor type motor Starter Panel floor mounting of size not less than 800mm x 900mm x 500mm Polycarbonate CPRI approved OEM made suitable for , shall be made of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES which should be UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, clause 10.2.4: The panel should be anti-acid & anti corrosive. Degree of protection against mechanical load should be IK08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262. The manufacturer of board/panel shall submit a copy of CPRI TEST REPORT IN POLYCARBONATE OF DEGREE OF INGRESS PROTECTION IP65 IN ACCORDANCE WITH IEC 60529. The gasket should be internally embedded made of polyurethane. The manufacturer of board/panel SHALL submit a copy of TYPE TEST REPORT of a board made out of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60439-1. The CPRI report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily: Temperature Rise, Dielectric Properties, Short circuit withstand current – Rated peak & short time withstand current and Rated Conditional Short Circuit Current, Effectiveness of Protective Circuits. The board manufacturer must submit the copy of type test reports for Polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board only.

Test Reports submitted of other material of construction like MS, SS will not be applicable. Guarantee and warranty certificates will be accepted only from original manufacturer. The panel should passed glow wire test 960 degree celsius in accordance with IEC - 60695-2-11 (flame retardant and self-extinguishing) with MC 75 for base frame & angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm size legs , 04 nos legs 600 mm long for mounting the panel board with a minimum ground clearance of 450 mm above GL to the bottom of panel including PCC foundation with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 graded aggregate stone for grouting of base,suitable for 3 phase 415 volts 50 Hz 4 wire AC supply supply with steel plate Danger Notice Boards (02 Nos) LT 415/440 Volts, and manufacturer's name plate shall be riveted on external doors of Panel box and including provision of following switchgear, control gear and accessories including internal wiring using copper flexibles and lugs of suitable grade/capacity including taking down old unserviceable LT Panel complete all as specified and incl the following:- BUS BAR :- (a) 3 Phase 4 wire copper bus bars of suitable length & section not less than 30 x 10mm covered with coloured heat shrinkable anti track insulation tape of make Denson/ M-seal or equivalent of finished thickness not more than 1mm and fixed on epoxy base post insulator of both dia and height not less than 40mm- 01 set.
