The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing at least one, two, or three similar works within the last 12 years. The similar works refer to water treatment plants, effluent treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, or sewage treatment plants, including allied works. The monetary values for the similar works are as follows: - One similar work: INR 37,06,00,000/- - Two similar works: Each work valued at INR 29,64,80,000/- - Three similar works: Each work valued at INR 22,23,60,000/- No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. The values of completed works should be inclusive of service tax/GST. Additionally, the bidder should have an Annual Turnover (ATO) of at least INR 31,39,20,000 during at least one of the last three preceding financial years, and a positive Net Worth. In case of consortium/JV, the bidder's past experience as a leader or member of a consortium/JV shall be considered acceptable if the scope meets the requirement stipulated. The value of work performed by the respective consortium members shall be considered as the value of the contract for qualification of Commercial Experience Criteria. The executed value of the work or the work order value, whichever is higher, shall be considered towards BQC requirements. The values of completed works shall be exclusive of the values for Post Warranty Maintenance/Operation & Maintenance activities.
