The required prior work experience for the bidder includes details of technical eligibility fulfillment, which encompasses a list of eligible similar works and user work completion certificates. The bidder needs to provide details of works completed and contractual payments received in the last 3 financial years + the current year. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during last 07 (seven) years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of advertised value of the tender. - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of advertised value of the tender. - One similar work costing not less than 60% of advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during last 07 (seven) years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of advertised value of each component of tender. - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of advertised value of each component of tender. - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of advertised value of each component of tender. For subletting of work, the subcontractor must have successfully completed at least one work similar to work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% value of work to be sublet, in the last 5 years. However, for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of subcontractor shall be asked for. The values and percentages mentioned are: - 30% of advertised value of the tender for three similar works - 40% of advertised value of the tender for two similar works - 60% of advertised value of the tender for one similar work - 35% value of work to be sublet for subletting of work - Rs 50 lakh for subletting of work where no previous work experience is required.
