Western Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of each component of tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of each component of tender, (iii) One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of each component of tender. However, in case of tenders having value up to Rs 50 lakh, technical and financial credentials are not required. Additionally, each non-lead member of JV must have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed during the last 07 years, one similar single work for a minimum of 10% of advertised value of the tender. Also, for subletting of work, the subcontractor shall have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. But for tenders having a value up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required.
