Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of grid connected rooftop solar PV system with mono crystalline panel complete with all accessories, monitoring system, inverter, structure, cables, net metering etc complete with five years' warrantee - Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of "ON GRID" Solar Photovoltaic power plant with required solar mono crystalline PV modules, MS Hot dipped Galvanized structure for mounting of panels, suitable power conditioning units able to adjust voltage and frequency level to suit the grid voltage frequency, Array and main junction boxes with IP 65 protection, required AC and DC distribution boards with switchgear, armoured power and control cables, remote data monitoring system(using IOT sim cards in inverters with 5 years data recharge, web based monitoring, as well as through 1 mobile app, including integration of generation data with Railway's own monitoring system), concerned state electricity board approved Bidirectional energy metering system (Net metering applicable as per availability of power supply LT or HT); HT metering cubicle enclosure with bus bar, changeover arrangement, Current Transformers, Solar generation meter box as required, all earthing arrangements, suitable lightening and surge protection as per detailed specifications including all necessary allied works/accessories such as bird spikes at solar panels corners to stop birds sitting as per site condition, liaison, registration, inspection and any other charges of DISCOMs shall be borne by contractor. The successful contractor shall survey the proposed sites and submit the GAD for approval to Sr. Divisional Electrical Engineer (Power) Rajkot before commencing the work. The work shall be warranted for a period of five years from the date of completion. Detailed Technical Specifications are given tender document. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 2 Kwp. Solar power tree complete with accessories and foundation as per technical specification shown in Para (A) of Annexure.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of MCCB, four-pole, 100 Amp with outdoor type MS enclosure -with tinned Copper Bus Bar of suitable capacity(current density max 1.6Amp/sqmm) The price shall cover for supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of MCCB, four-pole, 100 Amp, with thermal-magnetic release range 80 - 100 Amp, Ics = 100% Icu having 35 KA breaking capacity and conforming to IS/IEC 60947-2 with adjustable overload and short circuit settings and inbuilt instantaneous protection of ABB / L&T (Hagar) /HPL /GE/MDS/Siemens/BCH/C&S/CGL/Schneider make. The MCCB shall be supplied with spreader terminals and rotary handle in sheet steel modular enclosure or pre-fabricated double-door enclosure of same make as the MCCB as far as possible. The enclosure should be suitable for outdoor installation conforming to IP: 65 protection.
