The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing one of the following categories of work during the last 7 years: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work, costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of advertised value of each component of tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of advertised value of each component of tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of advertised value of each component of tender. Each non-lead member of JV must have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed during the last 07 years, one similar single work for a minimum of 10% of advertised value of the tender. For a subcontractor, the required prior work experience is: - At least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. Note that for subletting work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required.
