The bidder must have successfully completed similar works with specific cost requirements. The options include: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of composite works, the bidder must have completed any one of the following categories of work(s): (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, or (iii) One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The work experience certificate can be from any Government Organisation or a Public listed company having an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years. Similar work is defined as any Civil Engineering Work.
