The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing specific similar works within the last 07 years. The similar works are categorized into three options: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the bidder must have experience in each component of the tender, with similar requirements. For Component 2, experience in any Civil Engineering Work involving Rail/ Road Bridge Work of clear span of 12.2 m or more with Deep foundations (Pile or Well) is required. The bidder should submit documents testifying to their previous experience, including certificates and testimonials regarding contracting experience for the type of job for which the tender is invited, along with a list of works carried out in the past. The percentages of similar works completed mentioned are 30%, 40%, and 60% of the advertised value of the tender. Additionally, a variation in the contract should not exceed 25% of the contract value, and the value of the final part(s) of the work that can be offloaded is limited to 5% of the original contract value. The bidder must also have a minimum average annual contractual turnover, calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years.
