The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For non-lead members of a Joint Venture (JV), each member must have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed during the last 07 years, one similar single work for a minimum of 10% of the advertised value of the tender. In the case of subcontracting, the subcontractor shall have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required. Additionally, the bidder must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed, costing not less than 35% value of the work to be executed, in the last 5 years. Each non-lead member of the Joint Venture (JV) must have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed during the last 7 years, one similar single work for a minimum of 10% of the cost of any component of work. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar works with a minimum value of 30% of the advertised tender value - Two similar works with a minimum value of 40% of the advertised tender value - One similar work with a minimum value of 60% of the advertised tender value - One similar work with a minimum value of 35% of the work to be executed or subletted - One similar work with a minimum value of 10% of the advertised tender value or cost of any component of work for non-lead JV members - Subcontracting work up to Rs 50 lakh requires no prior work experience.
