Modification/Alteration/augmentation of existing electronic interlocking (EI) system MEDHA make) of Elimination of level crossings no. 243 at KM 776/4-5 by providing RUB & Elimination of level crossings no. 63(Sukhpur) by providing Road under Bridges as per RDSO specn No. RDSO/SPN/192/2019 /ver.2.0 as per approved Signaling Plans and Selection Table/Locking Table of stations (for phased doubling. LC removal etc.), technical specifications & special conditions of contract.This includes supplies necessary for alteration/modification in VDU's software. This also includes supplies necessary for earthing the modified/altered/augmented EI those needed for rewiring external data-logger and fuse alarm system.Item includes preparation of Selection Table, Locking 1 Table Control Panel and Route Section Plan, Wiring Diagram and other diagrams (other Technical documents if any) based on Signalling Plan supplied by Railways.This also includes supply, installation of interfacing relay and accessories. All internal wiring i.e. wiring from Relay to Relay, Relay to EI, Relay to CT Rack will be done by contractor as per railway practice. Completion Documents as per Technical Specication Section IV of the contract. Note-1:- Material required (other than scheduled items) to be supplied by contractor rm for installation and commissioning of In built block working. Note-2:- This also includes corressponding changes/alteratins in datalogger software. Note-3:- After issue of LOA and before signing of Contract Agreement, successful bidder shall submit an undertaking/MoU from RDSO approved EI OEM to confirm compliance with extant RDSO guidelines and to meet contract specific requirements.

Excavation & Casting of CC foundation in the ratio of 1:3:6 for Main signal post as per 2 drg. no. CSTE/3122 using std. size holding down bolts nuts for erection of colour light signal post. Items include excavation, ramming, curing and plastering with 1:4 cement and sand mixtures. (Aggregate not exceeding 3.8 cm). Aggregate cement, sand and holding down blots, nuts to be supplied by the Contractor.

Erection of CLS Post with base and signal unit on top or on OFF set Bracket, fixing of front and back staging, ladder and guards, signal name plates / boards if any with contractor's own brackets and fixing materials. This also includes erection of auxiliary signals like calling on, shunt signal if any. The work shall be done as per instructions of Rly engineer at site. It also includes provision & fixing of maintenance platform as per design given by Engineer -In-Charge at site. The Item includes cutting of Signal post if required by Site In charge. 2/3/4 aspect signal unit mounted directly on signal post.
