The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing specific categories of work(s) during the last 07 years. These categories are: 1. Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, 2. Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, 3. One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed any of the following during the last 07 years: 1. Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, 2. Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, 3. One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The required prior work experience is related to similar work, which includes "Design, Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of IOT Devices / Intelligent Field Devices (IFDs) for cloud/web based monitoring & Control of electrical general assets like Pumps, Platform Lighting, Street Lighting, Lifts, Escalators, Sub Station/Sub-Metering" or other related automation solutions. For subletting of work, the subcontractor must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh. The advertised value of the tender is 74.53 crores (74526212.80 rupees), and the number of years prescribed for completion of work is 9 months.
