The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. The definition of similar work is any Civil Engineering Work. Work experience certificates from government organizations or public listed companies with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years are considered. For public listed companies, the work experience certificate should be accompanied by relevant documents such as the work order, bill of quantities, bill-wise details of payment received, TDS certificates, and a copy of the final/last bill paid by the company. In case of a tie, the tenderer having done more value of similar work in the last three previous financial years and the current financial year upto the date of opening of the tender, may be selected for the award. Specific values of CPWD items and USSOR items are mentioned as 171649.69 and 74603243.22 respectively, with a percentage of (-) 25.00 and (-) 24.70 respectively. The required prior work experience also includes having a minimum average annual contractual turnover, which shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments'' in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. The percentages of similar works completed are 30%, 40%, and 60% of the advertised value of the tender for the three categories of work respectively.
