Western Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed certain categories of work(s) during the last 07 years. The required prior work experience includes: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of composite works, the bidder must have completed: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (iii) One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. For a subcontractor, the required experience is at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years, with an exemption for subletting work costing up to Rs 50 lakh.
