The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Minimum 10+ years of experience in similar nature of work for B.E. Civil - Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar nature of work for Site Engineer (CIVIL) - Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar nature of work for Site Engineer (MECHANICAL) - Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar nature of work for Site Engineer (Electrical/Instrument) - Minimum 5+ years of experience for Civil Supervisor - Minimum 5+ years of experience for Mechanical Supervisor - Minimum 2+ years of experience for Technical Assistant The bidder should have experience in executing water supply/sanitary work/building electrification works. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs.142.10 Crore for works in progress and completed in all classes of civil engineering construction works in any one year, over the last five financial years. The bidder should have experience in successfully completed at least one contract of similar work of Pressurized Irrigation Network project of at least Rs. 113.68 Crore (40% of estimated amount put to tender) within the last five financial years with a project area of 2430 Ha (40% of Project area proposed in DPR). The percentage of similar works completed is 40% of the estimated amount put to tender and 40% of the Project area proposed in DPR. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature over the last five years, with a total value of civil engineering constructions performed in the last five years. The bidder should also have experience in successfully completing a minimum of 1 year of Operation & Maintenance work of PINs Project having its capital project cost of at least Rs. 113.68 Crore (40% of the estimated amount put to tender) within the last five financial years. The available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of work executed in any one year during the last five years, and the value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next period of completion of work for which bids are invited. The bidder should have an available bid capacity of more than the amount put to tender, which is Rs. 2,84,19,58,136.35, and should have access to liquid assets and/or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the contract/contracts applied.
