The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Project Manager: Minimum 15+ years in similar nature of work - Quality Control Engineer: Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar nature of work - Site Engineer (Civil): Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar nature of work - Civil Supervisor: Minimum 5+ years of experience - Technical Assistant: Minimum 2+ years of experience in similar nature of work The value and percentage of similar works completed are: - 90% completion for substantially completed works - 60% completion of principal items of work - Minimum annual financial turnover of Rs.13.25 Crore for works in progress and completed in all classes of civil engineering construction works in any one year, over the last five financial years - Experience in successfully completed or substantially completed at least one contract of similar work, specifically a Lift irrigation project/Water supply project, of at least Rs. 5.301 Crore. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature over the last five years and in the current year before the submission of the bid, with a certificate from the employer for substantially completed works, incorporating details such as contract value, quantity executed, and billing amount. The bidder should also provide information on the quantities of work executed as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor.
