The required prior work experience for the bidder includes a proven track record of completing civil engineering works, financial stability, and sufficient available bid capacity to undertake the proposed project. The bidder must have completed similar nature of work, such as Water Supply projects, within the last five financial years, with specific value requirements, including: - One similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 1,67,30,516/- - Or two similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 1,04,56,572/- - Or three similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 83,65,258/- The bidder must have also completed at least 60% of the quantity of principal items of work, such as concrete, earthwork, pipeline, pumping station, etc., within the last five financial years. Additionally, the bidder must have successfully carried out a minimum quantity of RCC work, specifically 2301 cum in a single project of a similar nature, within the last five financial years. The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of similar work (Bituminous Road / Cement Concrete Road) of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five financial years. The bidder must also have a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 104.57 lakh from contract receipts of works in all classes of civil engineering construction works only, for the last three financial years. Substantially completed works means those works which are at least 90 % completed as on the date of submission. In terms of specific values and percentages, the bidder's available bid capacity is calculated as (A*N*2-B), where A is the maximum value of work executed in any one year, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works, and B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works. The bidder is required to invest a minimum of 25% of the value of the work during the implementation of the contract.
