The bidder must have completed at least one project of similar nature of work, such as Railway Over Bridge or River Bridge or Underpass or Ramp, with a value of Rs. 2406.60 Lacs (80% of cost put to tender) or two projects amounting to Rs. 1504.12 Lacs (50% of cost put to tender) or three projects amounting to Rs. 1203.30 Lacs (40% of cost put to tender) in the last five financial years. The bidder should have experience in similar work, but the exact percentage of similar works completed is not specified. However, the bidder needs to provide information on their experience in similar work, including the value of such works. For works costing less than Rs. 5 lakhs, the bidder must have a minimum of one Diploma Civil Engineer with sufficient experience to handle the work independently. If the contractor or partner of the contractor firm is a Civil Graduate Engineer, the employment of a separate engineer is not necessary, provided the engineer partner attends the execution of the work on site. The bidder must provide details of works completed in the last five years, including the value of the contract, date of issue of work order, stipulated period of completion, and actual date of completion. The value of similar works completed is required to be mentioned for each year from 2020-21 to 2024-25, with details such as the name of the work, name of the employer, and value of the contract. The bidder must have completed similar works, such as construction of bridges, with a value of at least 50% of the estimated cost of the works. The lead partner in a joint venture must meet not less than 50 percent of all criteria, and the joint venture must collectively satisfy the criteria. The experience of other joint venture partners shall be considered if it is not less than 30 percent of the qualifying criteria. The bidder's available bid capacity must be more than the total estimated cost of the works, which is approximately Rs. 30,08,24,641.94, excluding GST. The assessed available bid capacity is calculated as (A*N*2-B), where A is the maximum value of work executed, B is the value of existing commitments, and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works.
