EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

M&L Boring of holes suitable to insert 80mm bore pipe under roads/ hard standing etc for laying under ground LT/HT cable by trench less technology using ultra sound technique complete all as specified Note : Pipe for cable protection shall be measured and paid separately

Supply, install, test and commisioning of LT panel duly powder coated outdoor cubical type factory made, weather & vermin proof made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm (outdoor type) thick machine pressed CPRI approved with bottom frame made out of angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 6mm and 600mm long 4 legs duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate blocks of size 30cm x 30cm x 60cm and 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 floor over 100mm thick sub base of brick hardcore extended 100mm on all sides below panel body complete and suitable for 415 Volt AC 3 phase, 4 strip having insulated copper bus bar 200 Amps from pole with openable double shutter on both sides (rear and front side) with locking arrangment duly pre-wired with suitable size of copper conductor cable fitted with proper size copper lugs/thimbless and connecting the incoming and outgoing MCCBs with suitable size strip duly bended and drilled and fixed with nuts, bolts & washers from bus bar to MCCBs etc duly fitted with and including the following accesories, complete all as specified :-

COOLING APPLIANCES

Supply, install ,testing and commissioning of air cooled split unit Air conditioners 1.5 TR indoor 3 star rating,of electric driven single phase, 240 volt,Copper condenser,eco friendly refrigerant ,AC (outdoor & indoor unit)suitable for wall mounted with and including MS powder coated brackets and making/breaking hole through the wall for and passing the suction/discharge line including excess copper tubing if required beyond the length supplied with AC unit but not more than 5.00m and PVC conduit of 15mm dia not exceeding 2.5 m. long in concealed surface of wall for drainage of water, making good to disturbed surfaces with cement mortor of ratio 1:3 over and including coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer of matching colour complete all as directed. Note :- Rate for MS powder coated stand and extra copper pipe required shall be deemed to be include in quoted rates.
