Taking down of cement plaster from surfaces of wall of any description including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removing debris out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to plaster and camoflaged painting of wall and misc work on over head tanks as specified under (a) M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall , thorough scraping, rubbing down, washing including filling the cracks with crack-x filler compound of pidite or equivalents as per instruction of Manufacture and applying two coats of 100% acrlyic antifungal emulsion paints, exterior grade, over a coat of primer on wall, ceilling etc complete at any height and position , including necessary scaffolding arrangement for carrying out the work as required , all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. The above mentioned items shall be carried out up to 18.75 mtr high overhead reservoir. The quoted rates of items deemed to be including the provision of scaffolding and other arrangement. 2. During the work a net at base shall be provided in order to avoid any accidental due care shall be taken to avoiding accident.

M&L for cutting and widening existing cracks not exc 10mm in depth in 'V' shape in wall and then filling in CM (1:3) including making good to facings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls of any description and preparing surfaces of walls and applying two coats of 100% acrylic anti fungal paint in two coats (In approved camouflaged pattern as directed) over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of old plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surface of ceiling of any description and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated/painted surfaces of walls and applying one coat of plastic emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of with alkali resistant priming paint over 3mm thick layer of wall putty complete all as specified and directed
