Providing and fixing thermal insulation system for roof of VFD Room consisting of G.I. channels of size 50x50x5 mm thick all around periphery and intermediate runner of composite unit made of two channel sections at 1220 mm centre to centre fixed with G.I. dash fastners 6 mm x 40 mm x 60 mm, fixing 50 mm thick Rockloyd Rockwool Slabs manufactured by M/s LLOYD INSULATIONS (INDIA) LIMITED or any other approved equivalent brand of density 48 Kg/cum laminated with 0.05 mm aluminium foil on facing side having K-Value of 0.028 WmK on to the G.I. channels with neccessary G.I. wire netting & 20 mm S.T. screws at 150 mm c/c, fixing Gypsum Board or E-Board on to the G.I. channels with self tapping screw, necessary beading at joints including cleaning the soffits, making openings for light fittings etc. with suitable peimeter framing all complete as per manufacturer's recommendations and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.Group-A Vadinar
