"Providing, Operating and maintaining in good condition Brand New Two Wheel drive Diesel Driven Vehicle Make- ""Isuzu S-cab Hi ride cab Chassis AC BSVI diesel or equivalent diesel vehicle"" - 24 hrs duty, model not older than July 2024, on hire basis for use in IOCL WRPL Vadinar. The cost is inclusive of payment of all taxes, Insurance, Fitness Certificate, Cost of fuel, Lubricants, Spares, ISI approved spark arrestor, trolley hook, Machinery parts as required for smooth running of vehicle, Cost of all wages of Driver, PPE cost (2 sets of uniform i.e. 02 trousers, 02 shirts, 02 pairs of socks & one pair of safety shoe, Insurance Scheme per month and other all types of drivers and vehicles payments for operation and maintenance of vehicle in accordance with Tender Document and as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge/ Site Engineer. Toll tax shall be paid extra. The vehicle must have valid Commercial registration Taxi Permit. Vehicle shall be equipped with all facilities and in working condition as provided by the manufacturer . Monthly Lump sum charges for providing the vehicle as above for an average run of approx 3000 Km per month, operating the same round the clock on all days of week, anywhere as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge/ Site Engineer. Note - 1) 02 (Two) no. of 24 hrs duty vehicles shall be provided and scheduled as per requirement in a day. 2) The percentage filled in by the bidder shall only change the rates under Schedule I &II . L-1 position of bidder shall be decided based on the rate quoted by the bidder against Schedule I & II only. 3) Schedules III &IV are fixed rates (cannot be quoted by the bidder)

Scheduel I - Variables - Deployment,Maintancne & Service/Administrative Cost-This schedule involve all costs related to the operation, running of the vehicle and maintenance of the 24 hr. duty vehicle for deployment as per requirement to be ensured which include maintaining the vehicle at all times in good, clean and perfect condition, including payment of all taxes, insurance premium etc. obtaining fitness certificate, road permits, providing all lubricants,Changing worn out tires, timely maintenance of the vehicle as per manufacturer's schedule, providing PPE Set, uniform set as mentioned above, other oils etc. required for smooth & efficient running of vehicle (excluding fuel cost), stay arrangement of drivers during night stay, service charges, & administrative charges of contractor, maintaining First aid in the vehicle,for the deployment round the clock etc. and other related services like extra manpower if required, statutory requirements, etc. required for smooth operation of vehicles under the contract. Qty - 2 vehicle for 35 months = 35 months. Total proposed running of each vehicle per month = 3000 Km.

Schedule II - Variable -Fuel cost(HSD) Which shall be payable to the Contractor per KM Basis considering mileage of the vehicle @14.4 km/ litre. Considering diesel rate in Jamnagar as on 14.07.2024- Rs. 90.11/ltr
